Kayak & Stand Up Paddle Board Camps

Aqua Trails Kayaking and SUP Camp is fun for adventurers between the ages of 12 and 16. Young enthusiasts will be introduced to the sports of sit-on top and sea kayaking, as well as, stand-up paddleboarding through hands-on activities and lessons. Experienced instructors from Aqua Trails will cover topics including safety, basic paddling skills, the wet exit, and several self and aided rescues. Tours of the beautiful and historic harbor and wetlands are included. No paddling experience is necessary and all equipment is provided. Students must be able to swim.

Please pack lunch and bring plenty of water each day. Also students should bring sunscreen, water shoes, sunglasses (with retainer), a towel, a windbreaker and a bathing suit as everyone will get totally wet every day.

The camp is held at the Nature Center of Cape May and in adjacent Cape May Harbor. Classes are limited and fill-up quickly, so please pre-register.  Camp time begins at 9:00am and ends at 12:00 noon.
